Collected from various locations across Texas, the two extra large sets of petrified wood in this listing display a variety of colors and textures. Their larger size makes them suitable for general display, crafting or using as part of a landscape project.
These are the fossilized remains of trees that lived between 40 and 50 million years ago and the listing photos show two sides of the exact specimens that will be shipped with each set.
Set "A" contains 60 pieces having a combined weight of just under 29 pounds. The heaviest single piece weighs nearly 12 ounces and the lightest is 4-1/2 ounces.
Set "B" contains 30 pieces that are larger than those in set A and weigh a total of 32-1/2 pounds. The heaviest piece has a weight of 1 pound, 11 ounces and the lightest weighs 11-1/2 ounces.
When packaged, each of the sets fill a Large USPS Flat Rate Box. All were washed after being collected but are otherwise as they were found.
Shipping to any address within the United States via Priority Mail is included in the listing prices.
