The two sets of small angel wing shells are in great condition. All were collected from the Texas coast and, being "wild" shells", these were not found as pairs. These shells were matched for size after being collected.
They have been lightly washed with fresh water but are otherwise as they were found on the beach. There is a pinhole near the hinge of one shell and one is slightly discolored near the hinge. No other imperfections are visible. One set of angel wings measures 2-3/4 inches in length, with the other set being 2-1/4 inches long.
