This listing provides the most affordable way to obtain a very large quantity of colorful petrified wood pieces. Each was selected with tumbling in mind and all have the silica content necessary to produce a deep shine. The material is also well suited for general craft use and decorating projects.
This set consists of 219 individual pieces having a combined weight of 33 pounds and a volume of approximately 720 cubic inches (3.12 gallons). The smallest specimen has a weight of .63 ounces and the largest weighs 5.89 ounces. The longest piece has a length of 3-1/2 inches. The exact pieces are shown in the listing photos and were photographed dry.
