This well preserved piece of petrified wood was collected from a spot in East Texas and is between 40 and 50 million years old. The blend of textures and colors gives the specimen visual appeal and it is worthy of prominent display.
The piece has a length of 12-3/4 inches. Dimensions at the wider end are 4-1/4 x 3-1/2 inches and it tapers down to 2 x 1-3/4 inches at the narrow end. The exact weight is 9 pounds, 15.2 ounces.
