The pieces of red gypsum offered in this listing were collected from a site in New Mexico. These beautiful display pieces are completely natural and their rarity almost guarantees them to be a unique addition to any collection.
These have been washed and lightly scrubbed to remove the majority of the sandstone matrix that once covered the exterior surfaces. Although gypsum is a softer mineral, the material is very solid. There are three separate sizes of this red gypsum being made available:
Small: 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 x 1-1/4 inches (8.5 ounces)
Medium: 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches (22 ounces)
Large: 7-1/4 x 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches (92 ounces/5.8 pounds)
All dimensions are +/- 1/8 inch.
Shipping to any address within the United States is included in the listing prices.

Unfortunately, we lack the certifications required by the California Department Of Agriculture that would allow us to ship live plants to those residing in the state of California.
